Minimum Number of

Match: 5, one of
whom shall be a GIRL
PLAYER
Maximum Number of
Substitutes: 7
Maximum Players per
roster: 14
Substitution Method:
"Flying substitution"
(all players but the
goalkeeper enter and
leave as they please;
Goalkeeper
substitutions can only
be made when the
ball is out of play and
with a referee's
consent)
Duration: Two 25
minute halves; Time
can be prolonged
only to take a penalty
kick or if there was a
delay because of an
injury during the game.
Half-time: Maximum of
10 minutes
Ball out of play: When
it has wholly crossed
the goal line or
touchline; when the
game has been
stopped by a referee;
when the ball hits the
ceiling (restart:
dropped ball beneath
that point).
Lines: Touchlines and
goal lines are
considered inside the
playing area.
When the ball goes
out of bounce, there
is kick-ins, no throw
Ins.
Cannot score directly
from a kick-in.
7 Regular season
games plus, Semi’s
and Finals for the top
4 teams only.
Shin guards required
for every game. NO
SHIN GUARDS - NO
PLAY.
Uniform required,
including goalies
All referee decisions
during games are
final without review.
No slide tackling
permitted by anyone
at anytime = yellow

Red card = Ejection
from game.
